Adding an Admin User in WordPress Using Only FTP

Add the Below codes to functions.php

function wpb_admin_account() {
	$user = 'Username';
	$pass = 'Password';
	$email = 'email@domain.com';
	if ( !username_exists( $user )  && !email_exists( $email ) ) {
	$user_id = wp_create_user( $user, $pass, $email );
	$user = new WP_User( $user_id );
	$user->set_role( 'administrator' );
	}
}

add_action('init','wpb_admin_account');

Don’t forget to replace Username, Password, and email@domain.com with your own values.
Once you have logged in to your WordPress site, please edit the functions.php file and delete the code you added. Deleting the code will not remove the user you added, and you can always add new users and authors to your WordPress site.
